Meet Our Team
Veronica Noriega
Director of Zen and Ops
Organization, efficiency, and problem-solving are my superpowers. I thrive on creating structure and keeping the gears turning so others can focus on making things happen.
For me, thriving means balancing hard work with the things that keep me grounded. Spending time with family and friends, hitting the gym, carving through fresh snow on my snowboard, and paddle boarding on a sunny day all keep me feeling my best.
When everything is running smoothly, people can show up as their best selves, and I take pride in making that happen.
Alyssa Vesco
Expertise: Yoga/Pilates
Thriving means leading a life that I’m proud to wake up to everyday; a life filled with choices that align with who I am and my values. In a world that is loud and pulling us in so many directions, choosing our own values takes courage.
I hope to help others quiet the noise and make space to lead a life they are proud of. I want to be a source of connection and strength for others as they thrive, and provide a little bit of laughter along the way.
In my free time outside of work, the gym and my yoga mat, you can find me hanging with my husband, dog and cat, writing, baking, and singing (not with my husband, dog and cat, although, the cat does join in sometimes).

Certified Personal Trainer / Olympic Lifting
What makes me thrive is seeing others push past their limits and achieve things they once thought were impossible.
As a personal trainer, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone grow in confidence, strength, and resilience—both physically and mentally. Seeing my clients hit new personal records, master movements they’ve struggled with, or simply feel better in their own skin fuels my own passion.
Their progress, dedication, and breakthroughs remind me why I do what I do. Helping others thrive isn’t just my job—it’s what drives me to be better every day.
