After spending over a decade in corporate America, including 15 years in the finance industry, she transitioned to pursue her passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their best selves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Alessia’s credentials include certification from Harvard Medical School’s Executive Program in Lifestyle and Wellness, as well as qualifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation Coach, NASM-certified Nutrition and Stretch Coach, and ISSA-certified Personal Trainer.
